Residential  — New Build

The owners had purchased this greenfield site, with the desire to build an eco-friendly, contemporary home.

Locally sourced, structural earth walls create a feeling of gravity and warmth .

The sustainable design utilises passive solar access, thermal mass, water harvesting and re-use, and geothermal heating/cooling.

The scheme was developed and evolved in close consultation with the owners. The design maximises the northern views, and is carefully considers the immediate landscape.
