Sarah founded the practice in 2008. She has broad experience in residential and commercial work, including housing, retail, commercial fit-out, aged care, health, multi-residential, and hospitality projects.

Sarah enjoys the ‘human scale’ in residential projects, and loves to work with a range of materials exploring texture and colour. She has a strong interest in design and interior architecture.

 

 

Richard BryantRichard Bryant

Richard brings more than 20 years of practice experience across a range of education, commercial and residential projects; teaching at the University of Melbourne and active involvement in a number of industry bodies including being an active member on the Victorian Committee of the Association of Consulting Architects.

Richard brings strong conceptual skills to his projects and has an interest in creating architecture that is tactile, personal and crafted to each client. His designs are sensitive and elegant, with a lightness that belies a strong, rigorous approach brought together in thorough and clear documentation.

 

 

Prue GordonPrue Gordon

B.Sc (Design) (Hons), Canada College, California

As a qualified Interior Designer, with experience spanning aircraft design, luxury mobile homes, apartments and houses, Prue’s experience working within a range of budgets, timelines and creative briefs is invaluable. Prue works closely with the architectural team and clients to develop interior spaces, including materials and finishes, lighting, fixtures, cabinetry design and fittings, furniture selection, window treatments and interior planning.

 

 

Rob RandellRob Randell

B.Arch, Monash Uni; M.Arch, Monash Uni.

Since starting at Bryant Alsop, Rob has developed into a capable Graduate Architect with strong town planning and documentation skills. He works alongside the Practice Directors to efficiently deliver our residential projects, and has a keen interest in the way buildings are detailed.

 

 

Lisa WelkerLisa Welker

B.Science (Hons), Uni of WA; M. Arch (Hons); Uni of Melb.

Having worked as an Environmental Scientist in the Northern Territory and Western Australia, Lisa made the leap to architecture and completed her Masters of Architecture at the University of Melbourne. She brings a wealth of environmental knowledge to the practice and provides valuable support in a range of roles, with particular emphasis on Town Planning and Design Development across our residential and education projects.

 

 

Stephanie MarshallStephanie Reed-Marshall

With a keen interest in residential design, Stephanie brings a sensitivity and warmth to our projects.

 

 

Lucas Alush-Jaggs

Currently completing his Masters of Architecture, Lucas provides valuable support to the Bryant Alsop team assembling reports and submissions, 3D rendering and the preparation of existing conditions drawings.
